I found the apocalypse scenario to be a bit of a challenge until I hit on the idea of a fast decoy, starbase defense tech and fleets of constructors combined with spy's on their worlds. They pretty much ignored me until I set up a star base on a nearby military resource then they came after me however with specialising in the starbase techs I had massive defense and good offense. You can click on the tech tree and it will tell you if that tech is a requisite for a speciic type of ship plus what the other required techs are. For example if you click on the tech "photon torpedo" it will tell you that it is one of the techs needed for the shiptype "Paladin" as well as large scale building, point defense etc. If you create your own ship design and save it as a template that also appears when you click on one of the needed techs. You can do this even if the tech is far beyo

OK, although I know where to get the version and build date how do I find the release? Also Nvidia said their updates won't work on this card as it's been modified for HP. Went to laptpvideotogo.com and am utterly mystified on how to find the right driver for my machine.
