I logged into my account after resetting the password, purchased Object Desktop and got the receipt (4313640) and downloaded the Object Desktop installer. However nothing shows up as installable after logging into that. This purchase does not show up in my order history for some reason. So I have a receipt and and product key, but cannot use it. How do I make this work?
