sdRohan, thank you for your prompt reply and your help is sincerly appreciated. I did not see how my updating the ticket impacted the repone priority but I know to be aware of this in the future. Just reactivated my fences so again, many thanks. Stewart.

Hi, Can someone tell me how long it can take for customer support to reply to tickets? Mine (AQB-309-83597 in case someone from support will read this) has been sat unread for two days whilst I try and get help and resolution for my paid fences product. To be honest I'm not too happy about it. I appreciate being busy but two days in this day and age? If someone can direct me to someone specific I'd appreciate it. Thanks
