It was said on Discord it was intentional (not a bug) as the Devs make adjustments to them. They'll be back.

Are Terror Stars similar to the Spore Weapon in GC3 and/or the Novalith Cannon in Sins of a Solar Empire? Looking forward to engaging this weapon.
Yes, thank you Old-Spider, your work is always appreciated, and thanks Joe for checking these bugs out. Looking forward to the incoming updates and GC4 Next.
This is great (unexpected) news! Although I am having a blast playing GC4, and will be for the foreseeable future, I am nowhere near ready to shelve GC3. Thanks Stardock [e digicons]|-)[/e]
We've never had a "traditional" tech tree like yours. Still waiting for it. I believe it was labeled the "Technology Navigator" in your Beta Guide Tour post as LordTheRon has pointed out above.

Yes, I agree Commander4x, a button or key bind for instant galaxy zoom out would be really nice, and somehow implement a separate "Tab Through" Sectors function would be great!
Forgive me Developers and current Alpha Testers as everyone continues to work on game systems and mechanics but I'm going to throw this out there anyway...has anyone given thought to and/or considered a map pin/marker system "a la" Civ6 style for the main map? My Homeworld is located at the southern tier of my Sector, my Sector is completely explored and I find one or two nice Class 16 or Class 20 planets I want to colonize scattered about the barrage 48 planets in my sector. It's going to ta
Thanks Rob and Ben too. Great questions, discussion and insight into GC4. Thanks also to Brad Wardell for being so open and forthcoming to all the questions asked of him regarding GC4. Great Stuff Guys!!!
I did not use anything special. Regarding occupied hex, that is a very good question. I wish I had an answer to that one.
The way I use it: Click "Use Artifact" button if you have a charge, then click anywhere on the map you want to spawn the Space Monster. You will only see it (I think) if you spawn it in any of your areas of influence. Beware though, if you do that it will attack your stuff along with everyone else's. I have been spawning it in planet clusters of my most threatening opponents. You won't be able to see it unless you have vision there, but trust me, its there. I spawned one recently in enemy ter
Yes, I am looking forward to this as well. I have been enjoying this game for quite some time now. Thank you Brad, and thanks to the entire Galactic Civilizations III team. You guys are awesome!
It almost looks like your edits are not being saved as PNG files 512X512's for your portraits and logos. I am no Modder by any means but I have created a couple of custom Civilization's and they have appeared ok when I edit and save them.
Well for my play style; When I build outposts to claim shards and/or resources, my first priority is to upgrade them to the max as soon as possible (all of them). I have come to learn that enemies do not like upgraded outposts. Then I try to ally with everyone (towards middle to late game, this makes a huge difference) by completing quests, at the same time filling my cities with troops. Then it is a matter of balance (researching more spells, building more units, creating more mana and worki
Thank you!!
Ok, thanks for the help. Basher-
Hello All, I am getting a new computer. My question is, after I install steam onto it, will all my games be there in my library? And do I just re-install? I have 5 installed and play Legendary Heroes and CIV 5 daily. Thanks for your help. Basher-
I kind of feel the same way. I love CIV 5 and have hundreds of hours playing it, and still play on a regular basis. But I too find myself playing tug and pull in trying to decide which one to play first, LH or CIV 5. They are both great games and fun to play. If I don't get and hour in of each of them first thing in the morning with a good cup of coffee, my day is already off to a bad start. I wish I could "ctrl n" that [e digicons][/e]
Currenty have a game in progress 1.2. AI appears to be smarter/more aggressive. I did have trouble holding onto my cities the first 100 turns or so. Also I have slowed down my pace, meaning I take more time to analyze city improvements, Sov. level ups and just about everything else. I don't feel I have to hurry up so much to keep up with the AI. This is more enjoyable (at least for me). Will post more on my current game a little later. Thanks. basher- FE hours 276.30
I like making decisions; it's what I do. [e digicons]:P[/e] And I like this game. [e digicons][/e] Basher-
Well, here is my basic strategy I use at the start of just about any sandbox game: 1. Settle early (near shards if possible) 2. Train 2 pioneers immediately (for new cities) 3. Build monument in first city for town ZOC 4. Start exploring around you new found city (look for land to settle new cities [ very important ], at least 3 more) 5. Grab all goodie </s
This is great...Thanks so much [e digicons][/e] ( I love reading and love the game) Basher-
Am I the only one that finds the Fire Elemental sound really cool? Great Job Stardock! Sound can play such a vital role in todays games. Basher
Quoting scifi1950, reply 17 I think Lord Xia has hit the nail on the head. I may not be as hardcore as some of the guys in the Beta, but I've been playing these kind of games for a long time and IMHO FE is no Civ V. I'm not sure if that's good or bad.
It's a good thing, as time will tell, meaning they are both great games. They both have
