I'm sure. It's not the free version, I can use tabbed docs.

I see on the web site page for OD 1.9 that the Start Menu launcher now shows the full start menu. Mine doesn't, it only shows the All Programs folders. I downloaded the latest 1.9 and installed it but nothing changed. What am I missing?
I've updated and tried to adjust this again. I've found that the dialog box changes for font, bold, italics affect both the tab text and the text under the icons, but the size does not, i.e. if you change the size the tab text changes but the text under each icon does not change.
To completely eliminate the windows task bar is nice, but when I add the task icons to a dock they create a long string of very badly enlarged icons. It would be very nice if this could be a flyout.
I accidentally created two cpu monitors. When I try to remove one OD crashes. I can move them around, stop and start OD, but it still crashes if I try to remove one. Build 1.9 537U
Got it. Thanks.
I'm altering StealthOS. I've managed to change the inactive window border color by changing the tga files with Photoshop. Now I would like to lighten up the gray background in two areas; dropdown menus (like when you click on File), and the background in dialog boxes (for example in Internet Explorer click on the Tools - Internet Options. That sort of dialog box.) Oddly, I did lighten up the menu background(Firefox and Outlook work), but some programs like Quickbooks and Internet E
It appears that 90% of these issues were the skin itself; Vista Plus V3. I'd like to use it but it's very buggy.
I downloaded again and reinstalled and it seems to have been fixed.
Ah. I kept looking in Change Skin Fonts and Change Skin Colors. Thanks. One more question. I found the background color of application toolbars and menus, but how about the background color of dialog boxes? I'd like them to go back to white.
what color setting in skin studio changes the color of the text on the taskbar buttons (the names of the apps)? I can't seem to locate it.
vista plus v3
I saved it as a new skin. I then applied that skin. The change was not there, so I went back into studio and it was back to the original colors.
I take it back. It's not working. It's not saving the changes. Is that a limitation of the trial?
Ah, I missed the dropdown at the top. That works. Thanks.
I've determined the source of one problem - the garbled text in the task bar. It happens when I change a windows color via the normal display properties. If I go back to WB and re-apply the skin the problem disappears. Of course the screwed up color in the skin comes back.
There is specific color in the skin I use that is messed up. It is a very dark blue. In the normal Windows color scheme it is the Tooltip background. That color is used on some important web pages I use daily, and the text used by the page is black, so it's almost impossible to read. If I change the tooltip background color on the display properties it's OK. Problem is, every time I reboot or apply the skin it changes back. I'm trying to ch
no change with the beta. And a new problem (with and without the beta). I have a shortcut to the program menu on one of my docks. It was working fine, now all the icons next to the folders and programs are gone.
No, I don't want to get into beta stuff. Here is a link to a screen shot. Notice the garbled text the bask bar and the messed up menu and button bar in the window. These happen all the time. http://www.cts-norwalk.com/images/capture.jpg
rickjp above showed build 49 so that's what I was expecting. nview is off, unless I'm missing something. It's not in the system tray. THe Nvidia display driver service is running. In display properties Desktop Manager is disables. Forceware release 169.21
Once again, that did nothing for the build number. The dates on a few dll's changed a bit. But the problems are the same. I don't know whether to laugh or cry. I went thru it all AGAIN. I uninstalled, went to support, put in my email, got the email with the link, redownloaded, reinstalled, and get the exact same version! Thanks for all the tips. So far none has solved my problems.
I downloaded and reinstalled. It's exactly the same one I got 8 days ago when I bought it. Could I get a response please? Additional info; the screen painting issue is far wider spread than I originally thought. It can happen anywhere, Right now I have part of the properties box of the taskbar showing thru the transparent task bar after the Properties box was closed.
