How many demigods? in Demigod Demigod Forums

I am assuming that the present 8 demigods are it for now. I know that more will be added as bonuses post release. I'm wondering how many we can expect? Might there be 10, 12, 24, 48 down the road? Seems that additonal demigods will be very good for expansions.... Can modders add more demigods? Just curious, Javaslinger

Thanks everyone for the advice... Blitz's suggestion has proved very useful... It is much easier to learn the mechanics when you've got 'blockers'... Though I still manage to die quickly. Those towers are deadly... This is proving to be a very fun game.... Thanks again and any more advice is always welcome! Javaslinger

Granted, this game may be simple. And to all those with experience in the related genre's it may be truly simple. But to an old fart with little recent gaming experience, I don't know where to begin... For example, I begin a 'practice' game by selecting a demigod and playing vs. one easy AI demigod. The game begins... I buy a few potions and off I go. I see units of mine rushing off... Do I control them? How? Where are they going?

First off, I know it's a beta... and I know beta 3 is designed to 'really' make the game fun.... but.. right now... How fun is Demigod? My perception is that it will be awesome... But from you beta testers... do you agree? Can you shed some light and detail on this for me? Thanks, Javaslinger

Bought Ulitmate... What to do first? in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

So I bought GCII Ultimate which contains 3 games. But I'm pretty sure they are just 3 standalone games, albeit expansions. If I want to play some kind of campaign, I imagine there is some kind of order I should play them in? Or do I just play the latest version which is the most 'up to date'?
