Hi Sean Yes, I saw that note previously and tried turning off the firewall. Unfortunately it made no difference and I still had no mouse control of the secondary machine. Cheers Andrew

Hi Basj, Thanks for the reply...I tried the various items in your links and nothing fixed the problem. I ended up uninstalling the windows update and it's all now working correctly again. Andrew
My laptop and desktop have recently updated to Windows 10 1903, Multiplicity was connecting and working correctly before the update, but after I can see the laptop (secondary) screen on my Desktop but I have no mouse control (of the secondary machine). I've also noticed that I get a notification message if I try to click on the KVM screen (on my main machine): Connection to "secondary machine name" has been lost due to a communication error. Multiplicity will try to reconn
