NVIDIA Quadro FX 3000 is your likely problem-- I don't think these cards were ever made with blistering Direct3D performance in mind... they're optimized for [OpenGL?] -- maya and 3DStudio benefit from cards like this-- not the latest greatest PC games. Why WIC works well and the others don't Im not sure of... Someone kick me if I'm wrong-- just my understanding. DrGonzo

How odd, I was lamenting the same thing while watching a replay last night. I would guess it's just not worth the man hours to make that look right-- Most of the times fighters are just represented by a little rotating icon-- by the time you're zoomed close enough to see them-- you've lost the tactical picture and the ability to effectively manage units-- you're just watching for aesthetics sake-- which I do a lot of as well. :3 Lots of things need their attention-- this should probab

5 * 9.99 = ~$50.00 + tax & other nazi crap. 300 * 9.99 = ~$300.00 + tax & other nazi crap. 1TB HDD = ~$70.00 + tax & other nazi crap. 12months * 5 movies * 5gb = 300GB [it will take you 3 years to fill the capacity at current rate] 300 x 5,000,000,000[5GB] = 1,500,000,000,000 [1.5TB] You can easily outpace your movie collection... one TB hard disk will hold 200 of your favorites, which means 2TB RAID 0 will hold 400, easily o
Been having problems since 23:00[about] on 21/06/2009. General symptoms are severe unresponsiveness- regardless of page desired or being logged in. Happens with Opera and IE8. Opera doesn't throw any errors and just hangs for a while. IE8 says "Base.UI is NULL or not an Object. Code 0. Line 1000 char 1" Opera: Version 9.64 Build 10487 Platform Win32 System Windows NT 5.2 Java Sun Java Runtime Environment version 1.6 IE8 *
mactheripper- requires OSX, dumps it to vob if I remember, which anything worth shite can play without incident. Diskspace is dirt cheap why compress and remove audio channels? ... it's the only thing my mac is still good for :( Dr.Gonzo
I feel old... there's not nearly enough 1: WARCRAFT II [friends.pud... anyone out there feel me?] in this post... Hands down... Number one. Made me love RTS and want to continue playing them... aside from that 2: Myth, The Fallen Lords 3: Starcraft 4: Sins of a Solar Empire / Entrenchment 5: Command and Conquer: RA Certain runners up: Company of Heroes, Men of War, Age of Empires, Cossacks Dr.Gon
Either of you running mods with a Checksum > 0? DrGonzo
Nice, how did you take that?
I tend to watch my replays, because you often miss a lot of the beauty of the game with tactical managment, constant zooming and player load-- It's just a screen-buffer dump that's been edited with photoshop :) DrGonzo
Ironclad plans to release an expansion at retail consisting of the miniexpansions, once all 3 of the "miniexpansions" are out.
This is not a criminal penalty by any means
It's absolutley a criminal penalty- They're throwing the book at her to dissuade others from doing the same... just like they would do a cocaine dealer. The damages are punitive towards her as a result of the actions of many, and have Z ILCH TO DO WITH HOW MUCH MONEY THEY ACTUALLY LOST AS A RESULT OF HER DIRECT ACTIONS WHICH IS THE WHOLE POINT OF A CIVIL LAWSUIT . As far as I know, no Attorney Gene
This proves your lack of research as Impulse is only needed to update or install the digital version of Sins.
Which means it manages the downloads, making it a "Download Manager". Was browing through my Sins screenshot folder when I found an image worthy of editing a bit to a wallpaper quality... having done so, I'd like to share it with you guys.
If you have a small empire and lose your maxed out fleet, of course the upkeep is going to eat you alive when you try to rebuild because a small empire isn't meant to support a huge fleet.
Take a pseudo-realworld example of the United States versus North Korea. There is absolutely no way that NK will ever hope to match the US economically-- however it does maintain a -very large- standing army which is of no doubt an enormous burden on the NK economy. However, if North
Same thing happened to me last night- the save worked fine when transferred-- however, quickly check all your units and fleets upon loading... the AI may have had brief control and issued odd orders ;) DrGonzo
When I look at a star at the beginning of the game, it's in this state of flux where the whole surface looks all bubbly and in motion. But if I looks later, this effect slows down, and eventually the animation ceases altogether. Is it supposed to stop, or is it a video driver bug or something?
Running a mod of anykind? I noticed sometimes modded effects would stop appearing during hectic conflicts and reappear again later..
But virtualization largely eliminates that issue because you could simply have programs run in their own VM.
What virtualization really does is removes any incentive to run windows on windows? Why do it? There are other, cheaper options-- and since it's only being virtualized anyways-- why pay extra to do it? Does Windows virtualize Windows better than other Operating Systems? This has never made any sense to me-- Where's WinFS? How about a Direc
Ill keep that in mind for the dumps I get, when Im not sure it's a mod causing it ;) Actually, 1.03 has been dumping less with bailknights graphic mod and volumetric exposions enabled. Go fig. DrGonzo
