I'm not well versed enough in this game to say what really needs fixing or adding inside of the game itself, but one [I think] small thing I would like to see added would be a high score board. Any game with score should have a log of high scores.

Two things: The 'real' score of a game on metacritic can basically be measured between the aggregate scores of the reviewers and the aggregate scores of the user base. Most of Stardock's games are in line with one another while having reasonably good scores. Take a look at some other "Triple A" titles and tell me if you can say the same. Stardock doesn't have hundreds of millions to sink into "advertising heh-heh campaigns'. Secondly, find some of the most wel

First of all, weapons should always be available without craftsmanship for the purpose of casual game players-- ie: the base weapons should not change. Since iron mines are already a tile for basic 'iron' weapons, it seems as though you could add other premium ores without much overhead on the development side-- you could use basic "elemental" ores like copper, tin and you could have exotic fantasy ores like adamantite etc. etc. The creation of these weapons would probably be

I also miss dynasties-- not so much for hero purposes as some people will say they don't fit into the timeline and such, but just because it gave it a very unique feeling of working toward and building an empire. Genetics have long played a HUGE role in human affairs. "To think," Kaiser Wilhelm lamented at

I've had people PM me saying that my kids (who they name in the email) should be "anal raped". I've had people post my home address and hope someone "blows my brains out". I've had numerous people make reference to my wife (by name) and hope terrible things happen to

I don't yet have a beta of FE, but this behavior is similar to a bug I encountered with WOM. On my end anyways, it seems to be a problem with Adaptive Multi-Sample anti-aliasing as specified in the ATI Catalyst. I got rid of it by changing the anti-aliasing mode in the Catalyst control panel [you're running ATI, r

What line do I edit in Prefs.ini to have Pedestrians shown? My cities seem awfully quiet and I'm fairly confident my system can handle it. Thanks, -Gonzo

1. More types of planets/gravity wells Maybe more textures for them at the very least? Would procedural textures be possible...? iirc there are only maybe a half dozen textures per world type. They also come off as the same size, some massive worlds and some tiny worlds would mix things up a little bit, if only visually. Bonus points for tying it into gravity well radius. 6. Multiplayer support (better ranking system, in-game voting, anti-smurf etc.) and fixes (mini-dumps, lags)<

This game is mediocre and so far overpriced it's absurd. I had a more enjoyable experience with Portal 1 across the board. I'm still trying to figure out how they justify using 11 GIGAbytes of disk space for this game, there's nothing approaching 11gb of content-- not even close. Here's a list of retarded occurrences you can find skimming the surface of Portal 2: 1: The title screen comes up nigh immediately, but there's loading at every e

None of the consoles support DX10+ and the PC market is heavily fragmented between DX9 and DX10. Cull those numbers further with type of game and genre and you have a product that will be tough to pitch to the accountants.

Look, an entire thread summarizing all the reasons not to buy from a digital distribution platform, but rather insist on physical media with no internetwork connection required. These are the same people that bemoan piracy.

It's every American's patriotic duty to lie completely to the U.S. census department. You answer truthfully to these folks at your own peril. The bureaucrat in here will probably tell you that this is highly illegal and could land you in jail / prison. To this I remind you, "When a government fears its people, it is a democracy. When the people fear the government, it is a tyranny." Lie lie, then lie some more. And when you're done lying, lie for
