I have just reinstalled it and everything works now. Maybe you should do the same! Might work for you too.

I have the exact same problem.. I am using Windows Blinds 6 though but as soon as I select a theme, it reverts to Windows Classic Theme. I have tried like 8 themes and all don't work. I hope there is a fix for this!!!
