So download the trial version of Window Blinds, then unlock it and upgrade it to enhanced through SDC?

I have just recently bought WindowBlinds. In the receipt, I followed the download link to download WindowBlinds 6.0 Enhanced. I have tried downloading it with Firefox, Internet Explorer, and a stand-alone downloading program, none of which seem to get the entire file to my computer. Internet Explorer gets to about 9MB - 14MB of the total file (which is 16MB)and then says the download is complete.
