I am running WindowsXP SP2 with all the major updates (except for the .NET Framework 1.1 and 3.0). Also WindowBlinds v6.01.022, WindowFX v3.00a.015, and HP Solution Center (for Deskjet 5440 printer) in the system tray. Here are some key issues I have noticed: 1) When shutting down or logging off, explorer.exe, WB5SystemTray, and several other services are being blocked from unloading (ergo They have to be manually stopped before system shut down or logoff using the STOP NOW button on the dialog)
