i allowed cookies in both explorer and firefox..... and cleared my cookie cache. I am still also waiting for a reply from their help desk. :p

Alright.. i cleared cookies and switched to us 1.... but still nothing. Same error message. I am downloading the thing above to install at his time. Hopefully it works. ;p
I have the error 13 message. I even tried uninstalling.... rebooting... installing, rebooting... and still the problem. I will go and try the cookie thing. As for winblinds 6, it isn't the only program, all the others i wish to download keeps giving me the same error. I have all of my antivirus and firewall off.... still no luck.
no antivirus, no spyware........ i can't figure out why.
still nothing, keeps giving me error messages that the file could not be downloaded. now i am getting sad. (:(

Hello fellas, and merry xmas. I was just looking for help on OD. I purchased it, downloaded and installed it..... however, after registering it in the Tools menu, i still keep getting an error message when trying to download the products that come with it ( e.g.; Desktopx, WB6, etc.... ) Any help would be wonderful.
