The problem reappeared. I have uninstalled S11 and reinstalled it. I will post whether this solution fixes the issue. Thanks

The issue may have been triggered by the Edge button in the tray. I unlinked Edge then relinked it. I want to see if that cures the hiccup.

I have run Start 11 ever since it came out and have never had an issue until this popped up. I have no idea what might have caused this issue. Thanks

Taskbar Buttons Stop Responding in Start Menu Products Stardock Forums

The buttons in the taskbar stop responding. For instance, when I push a button such as MS Edge nothing happens. I must then go to Task Manager, perform an End Task operation, and then return to the main screen. At that point, the MS Edge button responds. The problem is not limited to MS Edge but to other buttons as well. I have tried rebooting. Once up the tray buttons all work but, in time, they stop responding. I just completed the latest Windows 11 update and all of the icons on the left and the right are shifted halfway off the lower edge of the screen. Please assist.

Edge and Chrome allow users to pin a weblink to the start menu. When that feature is used with Win 11, it pins the link to the Windows 11 start menu. Can one pin the shortcut to Start 11? If not, I recommend that the feature be added to future updates of Start 11.
