same thing. I'll drag the file icon into the dock, and when excel is open with another document running, the new shortcut won't activate the document. I checked my folder options, and played with the ObjectDock options / troubleshooting. I dont get it... :NOTSURE:

I'm having issues with opening multiple documents using one application by the use of 'shortcut docklets'.
