EXACT same issue, clean install, every driver updated. Even modified the settings in notepad. Nothing works. disappointing...

Cant launch game, keeps going into window mode with mouse stuck in upper left hand corner...

Cant launch game, keeps going into window mode with mouse stuck in upper left hand corner... Running Windows 8. Even if I modify the settings in the text file. Game still shows up low resolution, mouse is stuck in corner. Cant move mouse at all... Suggestions?
