Nevermind, I didn't know WB could ignore programs. If anyone else ends up with this problem, just go to advanced settings and add the DirectX programs and set them to be ignored and not skinned. Problem solved. thread can be locked now.
Ok, well I noticed this a while ago, but only just now realized it was a conflict between DirectX and WindowBlinds. The screenshot shows just two programs running with DirectX being affected. This isn't a problem when the windows are maximized. Unloading WindowBlinds removes the transparency and fixes the problem until I load WB again.
