Thanks so much. I see what you mean, I have to go change the .exe file icon at the root. Problem is I can't seem to change it. Maybe with a 3rd party program I will have more luck. THANKS! PS - my 'clock' has dissapeared! Any idea where I can find it to put it back? THANKS again for taking the time to help me out! Dee

I have icons for my shortcuts on my desktop that I want to put on the dock, but they just turn into plain folders when I drag to the dock. How can I customize them on the dock? Also some just turn into whatever they want, like the Photoshop one is a peice of paper and feather. I want to make it something else. How can I change this? THANKS All for any help! Dee in NYC
