I installed WindowBlinds 8.03. Same load issues happen with Firefox as well so it's not just a Google Chrome issue. No, I've not installed Update One yet.

Take VirtualBox and install Windows 8.1. Everything seems fine, works fine, but the desktop user interface is hideous. It looks like something that crawled out of the ass end of 1995. OK, so I installed WindowBlinds like I've used on Windows 7 for a long time. I installed the trial version of it so to see if things will work right. So I installed it and applied a theme. I then went to go launch Google Chrome. I click the icon and I wait, wait, w
I'm having the same problem with VirtualBox as well. General Information Ticket ID #UUX-368-68954
I keep getting this error in my Event Log... The Desktop Window Manager has exited with code (0x40010004)
I downgraded to Windows 7 from Windows 8 (I wiped and reloaded) and installed WindowBlinds on Windows 7 and the issue exists even on Windows 7.
Alright, I have done just that. I have sent the email message and the ZIP file the tool generated.
OK, same thing is going on with the Precision skin only it seems far more pronounced with the Precision skin. Something is definitely broken here. http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/14/h776.png/
Precision? What is that?
OK, here are the images. I uploaded them to a ImageShack Album. http://imageshack.us/g/1/10233189/
I have WindowBlinds installed on Windows 8 and it seems that when I run any theme other than the default Windows 8 theme (YUCK!), when windows open on the secondary monitor in a maximized form, the window gets distorted and the only way to fix it is to un-maximize the window and re-maximize the window. Also, it seems that there is some kind of extra border around the window that that seems to stop the window from fully maximizing on the secondary monitors and the contents of said maximi
I have an issue with Explorer windows on secondary monitors, this doesn't happen on the primary monitor. Yeah, I know... weird. Anyways, when you maximize an Explorer window on a secondary monitor the window's title bar, toolbar, and a lot of other things about the window gets completely mangled. Also, the minimize, restore, and exit controls don't work either. This is a picture of a mangled Explorer window. <a href="http://imageshack.us/photo/m
That's what I'm using right now but the thing that annoys me is that the Start Menu button icon on the secondary taskbars powered by DisplayFusion aren't skinned. Is there any chance that WindowBlinds will support DisplayFusion and apply the change to it as well as the primary Start Menu button icon?
Is there a chance that Stardock will come up with a solution that will put a taskbar onto secondary monitors? Why I ask is that there hasn't been a very good solution that does this.
I went back to Windows 7. The GUI of Windows 8 is awful, it's ugly as sin. I also had to fight with it considering that it keeps thinking that I have a touchscreen, no... I don't have a touchscreen, I have a keyboard and mouse. Even in the traditional desktop desktop it kept wanting to go to the full screen Metro stuff. I finally got fed up, I went back to Windows 7. Now I can use WindowBlinds. I'm happy again.
