On Vista... the object dock shows shortcuts that are already running with the "white triangle". I tried with both IE and Excel. I clicked on ObjectDock to laucnh...realizes they are running (triangle appears) but when I minimize excel, adn click on the object dock shortcut again... a "new" version of excel launches.. it does not restore my already running excel. is that by design? i was expecting it would behave like OS X.. and activate the already running cop
