Yep. same problem here. Its an issue with user access. When under admin account the startmenu loads fine, only under lesser users does the error occur. Needs to be addressed by Stardock in the code somewhere during install. Clearly not a case by case issue, but systematic. Support: Please post on Stardock Homepage once you have fixed this issue.
