nope still messed up the restart didn't work

I have paid, downloaded and installed WindowBlinds 5.5 for windows xp and it installed normally i have no problems with untill i want to change the skin. It doesn't work. It changes but it looks more like a combination of windows classic and NT than the skin i want. can anyone help???
