So I just renewed and got the receipt. Now if I try to go to my downloads I get the same error page....

Ticket YWZ-394-52743 I don't mind renewing I just don't want to find out I have to buy the whole $50 program again since I don't have any software on this machine. I honestly forgot I owned it. If I go to my downloads I can see the renew option and I found a download but the link just took me to a page that said error contact suppo

I haven't used object dock since I bought it in 2007. Obviously I don't have it on my computer anymore lol. My question is if I pay for the $30 renewal will I be able to download the whole copy again? I tried to go to my downloads for the old software but I keep getting an error. Started a ticket yesterday for support but still haven't gotten a reply yet. Thanks for all your help.
