I'm copying from a website to my Wordpress site on the same computer. Seamless

Whoops... spoke too soon. Now the clipboard sharing, even on the same computer is not working. I can see the Paste option on the right click menu is active, but won't paste the latest copied content .. .even to a wordpad doc.

Suggestions?

Primary PC is windows 10 / 64 bit. Secondary is windows 7 / 32 bit. When switching to secondary, the mouse wheel scrolls too fast. When I click Ctrl-Alt-Delete, then hit cancel.. the mouse seems to work fine for awhile on the secondary machine. Then when I open something that requires scrolling (like Outlook) .. it speeds up too fast again and scrolls multiple lines. I've tried to adjust the mouse wheel settings on both the primary and secondary machines, but it
