Hello, I thought that changing exe file's icon is a great feature. But it seems that when the changed application runs, it still possess the old icon at the Taskbar buttons as well as at the upper-left corner of its window. Also noticed that the changed aaps start slightly slower? Are these normal? I use Vista Home Pre, the latest IconPackager.
