I was able to work-around the problem of two instances of ObjectDock starting when automatic startup is selected, although I would not advise everyone to try this if you are not comfortable with backing up, working with, or restoring your system registry. I am having the same problem. I have OD 1.9 installed and it is either two instances running or none at startup.
