No. It's a GOOD question since that would definetely explain the trouble I have. But I'm sure I'm the only user of that game. I'm currently waiting the reply from the support@stardock.com.
As addition: Could it be possible to re-send the second number to the email-address the game is claimed to? I'm quite sure I'm using the right address, but it still says the game is claimed by a different address.
When I try to get the second number and give the only serial I have, it says it is already registered to the DIFFERENT email address. Which is the same I'm using.
