i just started playing this game a week or two ago, so this is a bit confusing for me since i didn't get used to the way it worked before this update. anyway, i want to make a suggestion to improve starbase management, i found a way to change the default starbase constructors requested for upgrades, but it isn't global, its per starbase, it seems. there should be a way to change it per starbase OR globally, unless I'm missing the global ability somewhere. the other t
