Thanks for the extension Bichur, much appreciated. I strongly prefer Firefox and prefer not to fire up IE if I can avoid it. I wish I had come here in the first place instead of wasting hours, but all's well that ends well.
I'd like to very much thank whoever it was in another thread (I have only just joined this forum) for suggesting LeechGet. Google for it. It turns out that the enhanced version of IconPackager, that we paid for, is one of those applications that won't download properly unless a download manager is used. I am on dial-up - I can't speak for those of you who have broadband. I have wasted hours trying to get a properly working IconPackager, and the support people have tried to help
