ok i just install the lastest IP 3.99.143 from Impulse on vista ultimate 64bit and for some reason i can't launch the program at all. Not only can't i launch the program but now all my icons in windows have gone blank. so i uninstalled IP then restarted and my icons are still all blank. I've tried the del IconCache.db but after restarting my icons are all still blank. From what i know IP has messed up my registry and thinks icons are located in %ProgramFiles% instead of being in C:\

Im also Using Vista 64-bit with SP1 and i get the same error. looks like we will have to wait for the next version to come out.
