Setting FullScreen to 0 worked, allowing me to set resolution and get to menus, I'll try gaming later today. Minor bug: I have my startbar on top of the screen. The game loads its screen 'underlapped' with the start bar. Not a biggie though. Thanks!

I don't know if my issue is the same, but my symptoms sure are. Win7 x64, 8800GTX, latest drivers. Game's running as Admin. Running in compat mode doesn't help.
