I recently re-installed Windows 10 and Fences 2.0. I had been using that combo for a good while before the reinstall, but now when I right-click the desktop and hit "Configure Fences," the only thing that happens is a brief spinning of the blue "thinking" circle next to the cursor, then nothing.
