I have to use IE instead of edge when accessing my Comcast account page get blank screen. Put IE into exception page and it seems to work that way, non skinned.

Ok I have been using WB on my old computer for a long time and never had any problems. Now I have a new Dell XPS410, and having problems with it. I installed it from Stardock web site and it is reg version. 5.49a. When I reboot it dosen't seem to load, I get standard or XP style taskbar. If I LOG off and back on it seems to work however when I shutdown or restart the computer it reverts back to windows taskbar and no WB icon in tray. Only after rebooting then logging off and back on does it wo
