I agree with rayadrel's idea. Oh please great DEVs on high. Provide us with this ability for our flak/defense frigates so that we may bring down the dreaded LRF spam. May the LRF still remain useful, but a potential counter provided to your loyal Sinners. I'd like Spam to once again be associated with wonderful blue canned luncheon meat and viagra advertisements in my email. Not LRFs. Amen.

Similar to how they have the repair cloud or the Vasari's explosive nanites, why not have the ability to throw up cloud of flares and chaff or refractive particles that throw off the guidance system of missiles or dissipate the effectiveness of beam weapons. Oh please DEVs. Don't nerf the LRF's. Just provide me a way to manage their systematic termination.

Well first you take the LRF's and grind them up with other random assorted meats. Then you put it in blue can with big yellow letters. Say it's low sodium and cures cancer and you'll be set for life. Please Devs give us a tech research option for our support cruisers that jams missile weapons so that they miss for a long time. Or just give us Invincible Space Ponies that shoot lasers from their butts. Tha'd be awesome.

Being able to take a small group of sacri

It would really be nice to leave a little fleet to guard my home planet and the star bases surrounding it without have to worry about them wandering off or having to t
