figured it out. I found a post with someone having a similar problem and they were asked if they were using Y'z Shadows. I was so I tried quiting out of it and it worked.

I'm using 1.65 - I'm going to reinstall and update and see if this works. I'm also using window blinds 5. And it happens with all the bars. If this doesn't work I'll let you know.

I'm using the tiger themes for object bar from http://www.osx-e.com/downloads/themes/tiger_ob_peteross.html Whenever I open anything that is an "always on top" window for any program, such as options in Firefox or even the task manager, the pop-up window is hidden and I can't move the main program out of the way to get to it. Does anyone know how to fix this? I like the theme a lot it's just impossible to use like this. Let me know if you need more info. Paul.
