I had kind of come to that conclusion myself. Do you have nay suggestions as to how I might improve the situation. Have you come across this issue with other McAfee users? I am pretty sure that the problem isn't related to the switch as I've moved both connections to another switch and the problem remains. Andy

I bought Multiplicity a couple of weeks ago and installed it on 2 XP machines connected on the same ethernet switch. Everything worked very well until today I had to reset my switch as traffic through it had become very slow and I installed a McAfee upgrade. The remote machine changed ip address from x.x.x.5 to x.x.x.3 so I changed the setup of Multiplicity on the main machine to match. I can move the mouse on the remote machine now but it is jerky and delayed and therefore unu
