I just got Galactic Civ II Gold Edition. - Nerver play the game before. Questions. 1. I can not get the ships to upgrade. I click on the upgrade button - no money is taken away and the ship staus remain the same. What I'm doing wrong. 2. Is there any place that I can go and get a tech tree map? I'm having a hard time finding the right techs for the ships. Any help given would be great. Thanks
