Thanks again. Is there a way to have the saved group working when following the method you've posted above: https://www.thewindowsclub.com/use-google-chrome-in-application-mode Just tried it and does not work. Thanks!

Hi sdRohan, I was able to create a group using the method described above. The method I was using before was to do the following: Create a shortcut of Chrome somewhere on the system Open its property menu Click on the "Shortcut" tab and enter the following in the "Target" field: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome Beta\Application\chrome.exe" --app=https://www.youtube.com/feed/subscriptions Click save
Thanks, sdRohan. Could you tell me the Chrome version you're using?
Thanks, Sean. It looks like the video shows normal Windows apps and not Chrome running in app mode, no? Also, what does the WinKey + ~ do? Is that a shortcut to make Chrome in app mode group?
Hi AzDude, I downloaded purge.zip, ran the .bat file, rebooted, re-installed and still the same issue. What else could we try? Thanks!
Ever since Windows 10 update KB4515384 ( link ), Chrome window running in "app" mode no longer groups. A previously saved group does appear as grouped when the system is restarted but is very buggy (ghosted windows, tabs do not switch between windows, etc.) Currently running Groupy version 1.25. Thanks!
Got it. Do you know if current version of Edge works in SG?
Thanks, Sean. If you could take a look at reply #5 I'd really appreciate it!
I'd like to run 2 SG at a time, so I'm trying another SG with FireFox (while Chrome handles the YouTube ones). However, this SG does not work. What could be going on? [code="html"] [GroupyEntry1] OwnerProcess=C:\Users\Oppa\AppData\Local\Programs\Microsoft VS Code\Code.exe RunElNoPatternMatching=0 CommandLine= WorkingDirectory=C:\Users\Oppa\AppData\Local\Programs\Microsoft VS Code Target=C:\Users\Oppa\AppData\Local\Programs\Microsoft VS Code\Code.exe</
Got it. It does indeed work if no other Chrome processes are running. Unfortunately, it means Chrome, Chrome Beta, Chrome Canary, etc. The SG won't work if any of those Chrome versions are running. Also, is there a way to start a SG at the start of the Window restart/boot?
Just to add, I do have the Chrome background process to off, as suggested here: https://forums.stardock.com/488142/groupy-support-faq#savedgroupswithchrome
I'm trying to get 3 YouTube URLs in Chrome in App Mode as shown on this screenshot: https://cloudup.com/ccvmwLin2GB Unfortunately, the URLs open separately and not in a group. Here's my Saved Group file: [GroupyEntry1] OwnerProcess=C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome Beta\Application\chrome.exe RunElevate
