It would be useful to be able to set Fences to roll down over other windows. Also, it would be nice to be able to set Fences to roll across (left-to-right or right-to-left) across the screen, rather than just up and down.
DITTO!
We have that logged as a feature request so we can look into it more.
Great! Hopefully, it can be worked in, would be very functional.
Fences are always at desktop level and will not appear above other windows, only other fences.
Is there any chance this could be implemented? I was just wishing for the option for rollups to show on top of open windows yesterday morning as I was working with a lot of open windows at the time, and kept going up to the top to pull on a fence and had to close windows before I could get to what I needed. It would be so
Thanks WinMonster2 - your comment above 'But I do have the title bar showing on firefox which may make the difference for me' fixed the problem for me!
I have the same problem, with the version prior to 32 as well

My browser was open so I didn't notice it right away until I went looking for my start button and realized I had no taskbar. I spent hours trying to figure it out, going into safemode, checking for viruses. Finally

Unfortunately, there will always be rude and obnoxious people in the world, especially when they are safely on the other side of a computer screen where they can slash and dash. Just ignore them Tom, who cares what they think. Most folk around here appreciate the skins you produce. The best revenge you can have on people like that is to bring your kids up to respect and be kind to others. Something that these troll
Hi Dale, good to see you around again!
I have a Samsung Note 2 (5.5) and love it. It's great for emails, I used it to guide me home one time when I had to drive a rental that didn't have GPS when I had problems with my car while away from home. I don't buy books anymore since it's big enough to read on and the bonus is that I can instantly buy a new book when I finish what I'm reading. For handling, it's perfect size for my hands. I'll probably go with a bigger one when I'm ready for a new phone to

Hey Tom, nice to see you around! I like it so far !
Great, thanks!
I have a new laptop with W8 which has never had W7 or Windowblinds on it and I use Avast free version. I had no problems with installation and the icon shows in my system tray. The only thing I noticed is that when I'm in Firefox 22.0 with a lot of tabs running, when I try to delete a tab by clicking on the 'X', it goes right through the tab and clicks on the 'minimize' button on the top window frame. <img src="http://img600.imageshack.us/img600/8338/
Thank you, thank you, thank you! I have been working on my new laptop/windows 8 for about 2 months and it's been driving me nuts not to have windowblinds. You guys are awesome!
Sure would be nice to try one of them on my Windows 8! hint hint
I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 2 and I would love an easy way to skin it like Windowblinds.

Great program! Why doesn't Microsoft think of these things!
I can't wait to try it out tonight. I had to buy a new laptop last week and of course it has Windows 8. I love new technology, but so far I'm not a fan of W8! But after installing Start8 it was bearable, except for having to switch screens. And now this great new program that will remedy that. Thanks to all you great people at Stardock for coming out with all this great software! [e digicons]
Excalpiusreply 5 Oooh, I got an idea! Some of those metro apps become almost widget like. The only thing keeping them from looking so are the windows borders and buttons. So my feature request/suggestion would be the option to set a Metro aps window border/buttons to Appear on Mouse Over only, meaning they fade away entirely until the mouse moves over it (sunmouse), or if you want, when the ap gains focus with a mouse click/drag, etc. What do you guys think? Would make Windows
Thank you, thank you, thank you! I've had Windows 8 for 2 weeks now and the only thing that made it bearable to use was Start 8, now you come out with something new!
i don't get any notifications at all and i've been a customer for years. There must be some box somewhere that you can check off notfications.
I'm still using Daily, my absolute favourite!
