Applying twice will not help. It is a Dpi issue. Any Dpi setting less than 150 will resolve the problem, ie; 147 Dpi works just fine and there is virtually no noticeable difference. You DO NOT need to drop the Dpi all the way down to 125.

I have tiresd to down load wb7 beta 2 a few times, and I keep getting the same msgs. The 2nd error msg came wen I tried to run the down load anyway? I am running Win7....just in case anyone thought that I was trying to install on Win 98 :-)
I am trying to register my new p.c. with stardock but it keeps failing. any ideas?
So I activated sound packager, and I try to apply a sound package, but every time I just get an error message saying that sound packager needs to close??
I figured it out.
Ooops, I tabbed too fast. I have no problems changing the icon in "properties", but trying to change individual icons, does not seem to work. The icon is changed looking at the properties, but not on the desktop? Any ideas?
This lady was, simply amazing!! My mother passed away from breast cancer in 1991. My wife and I have been particpating in the "weekend to end breast cancer" here in Ottawa Canada. We have raised over $20,000 for research to find a cure for breast cancer, by walking over 120kms and getting pledges to support the walk to find a cure.
I ma just wondering what the updates in the last few days to WB 6 beta are fixing? Any one have any ideas?
How do you replace the MS Icons (outlook, word etc) in the start menu with icons from iconPackager? I am using Office 2003. I have tried to change the icon properties for outlook and word, but the option to change the icon in the start menu or the quick lauch bar is greyed out. Thanks, Peter
I was hoping that the Purchased version would have eliminated the "bug" with fx's inconsistent windows transitions...BUT the problem persists? Any Ideas, or a way to contact Stardock for help on this one? Everything else works beautifully!!
Thanks, I appreciate it

I think it is an FX issue and not a Dell issue. The only problem with the perfromance of FX, is the 3D transition, it works about 40% of the time. I really do not see this as a dell issue but an issue with FX. You need to make sure that your video driver/card is up to the task to begin with!!
The 3D effect for transitions does not work all the time for me? anyone know if there is a fix, or if I am just doing something wrong? Thanks!
