FX 3D transition works sometimes

The 3D effect for transitions does not work all the time for me? anyone know if there is a fix, or if I am just doing something wrong?

BUMP = Bring Up My Post..newest threads in the forums are moved automatically to the top & so as a result some get left behind. Bumping up a post brings it to the tops so that if I do not know the answer someone who does is more likely to see it.

I was hoping that the Purchased version would have eliminated the "bug" with fx's inconsistent windows transitions...BUT the problem persists?

Any Ideas, or a way to contact Stardock for help on this one? Everything else works beautifully!!

OS, Version of WinFX, description of when it fails, what other apps are running, other customization apps installed, etc
