I was just hoping to maybe speed things along - Seems like an eternity since I ordered last night and submitted the ticket. Also, when I login to the help desk I cannot see my ticket under the 'view tickets' list for some strange reason....Assuming it has to do with some strange permissions you guys have setup in Kayako.
