stoping them producing ships is a good idea. from wat iv heard and seen. there ships r way out of the league of anything you or i can build in a single ship. iv only ever seen one of there ships. there out of my life support range and i send my Ion watchers (my custom races fast scout) but only got a glimps of them. but they r indeed very powerful. im yet 2 fight one but the GNN tells me they r ripping the Terrans a new one.

ok. i had the same experience with the dread lords arriving. i was scared with anticipation as id read of ppl who let them build a ship with like 200/200/400 attack. but wen i found them they had no ships. so. i reverted 2 my save before they arrived. then i edited the raceConfig.txt i added alot of techs 4 them and made them super powerful. i havnt figured out how 2 give them starting ships. but i did c them build them faster. and once they get ships. all hell breaks loose. :D
