Im not sure if its a bug put the when I put in my SN again in the prompt it tells me that my sn is invalid, dont i use the same one i get with the game? no matter wut i d it wont work, reinstall, tried inputting it several different ways and everything. any help would be nice

i just dled 1.4 but the SN i got with the game isnt working when it tells me to put it in after I start up the game. I checked and re-checked it. and ive even re-installed the game several times, any help would be great.
