Here's my little story about the serial number activation process. I bought the GalCiv II from Best Buy a couple months ago and installed it. I've been pretty busy and didn't get around to playing it until recently. I played the game Saturday night, then decided to go ahead and click the update game button in the start menu on Sunday. I downloaded the update and it installed just fine. Then I went to play it again, but now it's asking for a serial number that is found in the worst p
