I've been using WindowBlinds for a while and didn't see this problem until now... I recently rebuilt my system (but didn't change any hardware) and now when I apply a skin, the "Please Wait" graphic comes up and stays there for about 2 minutes. Meanwhile, my CPU fan spins up faster and faster because it's getting hotter while being overloaded with work.
