Well i finally got 3.2 and it runs on vista but..when i go to imprt a object or find an image for an object it crashes

i bought desktopx 3.0 pro 2 months ago and i just recently got Windows Vista Ultimate and i updated it to 3.1 and it crashes still and now i cant get updates from Stardock it says in an email "if there are no serials in this email then stardock doesnt have products regitered for your email...and i used the same email all along and now i cant use desktop x does anyone know what i could do to get the latest upd
