I've given up, I am going to reformat my computer, it's so screwed then use this computer as a backup because I just bought myself a new MAC...i'm sick of windows
also my UI just crashed again...it's been on for a few hours....2nd time in one single session...and all it did was turn my taskbar the windows 98 grey...and it reset all my sounds ( i had navigation and emty recyle bin sounds turned off) what the hell?
interesting new problem... for some freakin reason...my IE7 is all strange...it looks like it's IE 6....what the hell
ha i just uninstalled norton right before reading this, getting mcafee with my comcast service lantec, i'm running both of those now again and i'll see what i come up with
it wasn't so i just removed it my computer...this crap is still happening tho...wonderful
strange i ran the Secruity Task Manager and it found wbsys.dll still on the system too with a dnager rating of 44% so I removed it
well i deleted that entry, restarted and everything is still not working

more problems are happening now for some reason when I want to open a link in another window..it doesn't...the other window opens then it dissapears like it never happened

If you have uninstalled WB and you are still having problems then it is likely WB is not to blame for your problems and WB breaking is a symptom of some other problem in the same way the Active Mixer error message is. I would look in taskmanager for an application using a lot of system resources (you will have to turn on showing GDI & USER resources when on the processes tab) Bichur: The standalone WB installer files are not quite identical to

nope, no other custom software at all...i don't know what this could be i ran virus scans and spyware scans too...i did everything i could think of
i rebooted and was able to delete them then rebooted again and the same stuff keeps happening
i ran the zapper but these files still remain tray.dll wbhelp.dll wblind.dll wbsrv.dll i'm afraid to restart my computer again, who knows what will happen
