it still wont show up, I cannot change any of the options in that particular area, instead it has chosen the auto unlock, which requires configuration, i did NOT use that when i had the free trail. i even uninstalled and purged and rebooted and reinstalled on my slave. nothing works. i cannot utilize the Pressing Ctrl three times to toggle keyboard imput sent to all computers. again, i was able to do this when i had the free trail. <img src="https://cdn.stardock.us/forums/25/94/2594948/3a04dd

so i purchased Multiplicity, and even reinstalled it on my main computer, because since i got the purchased one, i cannot choose how to use my keyboard via the 3 clicks of the Ctrl button. it is all grayed out on that part. everything else is set up fine. please can you help me figure this out? it worked with the 30 day trial. thanks so much!

i am up to date with all subscriptions, but i cannot download a single file, for the skins and themes, it tells me that they are all failing to download? what am i doing wrong? do i have a setting incorrect? what do i need to do to download skins and themes? am i trying to download the ones for vista, and is that why they wont download? i do wish the description would say if it was for windows vista or for windows exp, etc...i really have no idea why i cannot get them to download, when i had dow
