not allowed to choose how to use keyboard

so i purchased Multiplicity, and even reinstalled it on my main computer, because since i got the purchased one, i cannot choose how to use my keyboard via the 3 clicks of the Ctrl button. it is all grayed out on that part. everything else is set up fine. please can you help me figure this out? it worked with the 30 day trial.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please try the purge and reinstall steps as mention in this guide : https://forums.stardock.com/486104/multiplicity-support-faq#reinstalling

Please make sure to re-download the latest version from your account. Reboot after the purge and reinstall using the latest version you just download. Reboot again and retest. Report back here.

Thanks

it still wont show up, I cannot change any of the options in that particular area, instead it has chosen the auto unlock, which requires configuration, i did NOT use that when i had the free trail. i even uninstalled and purged and rebooted and reinstalled on my slave. nothing works. i cannot utilize the Pressing Ctrl three times to toggle keyboard imput sent to all computers. again, i was able to do this when i had the free trail. this is a screenshot of what i am trying to describe

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having trouble.

The trial is KVM Pro - so all features are unlocked.

What you purchase was MP KM.  That version lacks the feature set you are referring to:
